Purchase one for your classroom and one for your pen pal classroom. You can include your correspondence to your pen pal class in the bag and mail it back and forth to one another! These bags are double-sided. On one side your state outline and name will be used to decorate your bag and on the other side we will add your pen pal's state and name!

A color journal cover and reproducible student journal page for a class book. Students introduce themselves to their pen pal class and their individual pages are combined to form a class journal. This bag also contains an alternate writing activity to introduce themselves to their Pen Pal class. An individual student book is included so students can create a short book about themselves and the individual books can be sent to their pen pal.
12 monthly writing templates are also included in each bag. Each writing template comes in a color and a black and white version. Lines are added each month for students to write more as they acquire better writing skills. A friendly letter format is included on several of the later templates. There is a writing template for each month of the year.
